How do I change the app language?
Open your Profile tab, tap the settings icon, and choose your preferred language (Kazakh, Russian, or English).
My progress was reset after reinstalling the app
Your progress is saved to your account in the cloud. Sign in with the same Google or Apple account you used before and your data will be restored automatically.
Sign in with Apple shows an error
Make sure you have an active iCloud account on your device and that "Sign in with Apple" is enabled in Settings → Apple ID → Password & Security. If the problem persists, contact us by email.
How does the XP and level system work?
You earn XP by completing quizzes and tajweed exercises. XP determines your level and weekly ranking on the friends leaderboard.
How do I add friends?
Go to the Friends tab, tap "Add Friends", and search by display name. Send a friend request and they will see it in their pending requests.
How do I delete my account?
To request account deletion and removal of all your data, send an email to imangazin286@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will process the request within 7 days.
